POTUS 45 doesn’t like it when we make fun of him. That’s why this political protest button exists.
Inspired by the pussyhat movement and by his own misogyny, this wearable pin displays President Donald Trump dressed in all his pastel-colored glory (YUCK) blowing us a kiss (GROSS).
Question: If President Donald Trump were in touch with his feminine side and could laugh at himself, would he be a better leader?
Answer: Probably not, but it would be a good start.

Today, I am concerned about North Korea. Kim Jong-un senses our weakness; we are burdened by ineffectual and inexperienced leadership, as well as an extremely divided populace. The World is Watching.

NEW PROTEST BUTTON: Our 45th President, Donald Trump, seems to take pleasure in causing chaos and pain in America and the world. This earns him the title Marquis de Sad. It is no coincidence that the word “sad” is one of his most tweeted adjectives.

It’s hard not to love Pope Francis. Offering progressive statements about the environment, poverty, LGBTQ issues and even reproductive rights, the Catholic pontiff has charmed people of all religions as well as atheists. He makes good sense and passionately champions underprivileged communities worldwide.
This pope believes in science. And although he has not yet uttered the word “resist,” it’s likely that he supports our resistance movement and the elimination of fascist, repressive, nationalist regimes everywhere, including our very own President Donald Trump.

Here’s Justine of ClothShoppe.com modeling my Women’s Fight Club pin. She wears it well.
Her store features lovingly curated products for families that appreciate holistic living, including kids’ clothing, toys and home decor. It’s definitely worth a visit.
As we face four years of scary, heartless politics, I am inspired by the beautiful people I meet that are living elegant, purposeful lives–men, women and children that are willing to stand up and fight for their values.
The Women’s Fight Club pin was my very first button design. It’s about the power of love to focus our attention and to help us triumph over any adversity.
There is a color version, too, in red, white and blue.
You can purchase one for yourself here at the shop.
Princess Leia, and Carrie Fisher for that matter, are emblematic of independent-minded, resilient and intelligent American women that today are ready to mobilize against the Trump regime. Pinned to my lapel, I proudly wear this button in my ultra-conservative town, feeling empowered and hopeful. United we will win.
I started making these political protest buttons after Trump won the election. In my small way, I hope to help mobilize the resistance movement, and to bring a sense of empowerment and fun to the tough fight ahead.
You can buy this and other cool buttons at THE SHOP.
I’ll be wearing the Malala Yousafzai button to protest Trump’s horrifying Muslim ban and to honor her courageous resistance against hateful oppressors. Thank you, Malala, for showing us how to stand up and speak out.
