At age 11, she became an activist in Pakistan, fighting for the human right of young girls to get an education. At age 15, she took a bullet to the face, shot by an ISIS thug. She almost died, but when Malala arose from her hospital bed, she went right back to her political and cultural fight. In 2014, she became the youngest Nobel Peace Prize recipient in history. Today, her family runs a chain of schools in her country.
